The Brief

Back to products

Harrison Creative are proud suppliers to a huge number of festivals and mass participation sporting events throughout the UK and, for the first time, these two genres met in the form of RunFestRun, a three day fun-running and music festival aimed at families and billed as ‘Britain’s biggest running party!’ . One of the organisers of this event, Redcoat Events, approached Harrison Creative due to our reputation as event branding experts and as a trusted supplier to some of their partners and we were asked to supply all of the branding and signage for their inaugural event.

RunFestRun 2019 was set in the beautiful location of Bowood House & Gardens in Wiltshire and comprised of nine races ranging from an immersive one mile family race to a timed half marathon as well as a number of different zones and stages catering for all the different activities taking place across the estate including inspirational talks with sporting legends, children’s activities, fitness classes and much more. With such a jam-packed programme, it was important that visitors could easily navigate their way around the site and conveniently locate the different areas within the event.

What We Did

Harrison Creative worked closely with the event organisers to bring their fun, funky design to life across the event and help make key areas within the site easily identifiable. We supplied all of the gantry branding, directional signage, banners, vinyls and backdrops for the event. We also supplied the PA wings for the stage in Geomesh, a lightweight, premium material option that delivered high impact branding designed to compliment the stage programme.

Redcoat Events were delighted with the branding we supplied, so much so that we’re now working on a brand new, exciting music, arts and dance festival due to take place soon…watch this space!

Jim Davey, who was assisted on site by Rupert Bassadone of Redcoat Events said “We gave birth to a new event format…the creative and the effort that has gone in to all of the little things is fantastic. All of this detail that we’re looking at has been coordinated and narrated in to the weekend. RunFestRun has something for everyone and we’ve managed to find a clever balance between a serious running event, a family event and a music event and that’s not easy to do”.
